Melvin J. Ballard

Melvin J. Ballard was born 9 Feb. 1873, at Logan, UT.  He was ordained an apostle 7 Jan. 1919, by Heber J. Grant, at Salt Lake City, UT, at the age of 45.  Elder Ballard passed away on the 30th of July, 1939, at Salt Lake City, UT.^Source
