Question 29

Why didn't Joseph know that Esaias is the Greek name for Isaiah (Doctrine and Covenants 76:100)?  Why didn't he know that Elias is the Greek name for Elijah (Doctrine and Covenants 110:12-13), and therefore couldn't possibly have been the name of a Hebrew prophet at the time of Abraham?
